Showcasing the flavors and sensibilities of Italy's soulful south. A16 shares a name with the highway that runs from Naples to Canosa, Puglia. True to its namesake, A16 - San Francisco's team gathers their inspiration from southern Italy, particularly the region of Campania, which surrounds Naples.
Just like A16 San Francisco, A16 Tokyo has two ovens behind the open counter. We use local and seasonal Japanese ingredients, and also of course have Neapolitan style pizza that tastes exactly like A16 San Francisco.
A16 San Francisco's wine list selected by Shelley Lindgren has a great reputation. In Tokyo, our wine list is also hand selected by Shelley Lindgren, who has won The Best New Sommelier Award of the Unites States. Our wine list also comprises over 100 labels and focuses on the wines of Mezzogiorno and California.
A16 Tokyo, is located on the 1st floor of Marunouchi Park Building - Brick Square and faces to Mitsubishi Ichigo-kan garden.
